How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Productcotton Concrete wants every person who contacts us to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You can contact us about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Productcotton Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a contractor we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Contractor
Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each handles its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, raise it with the contractor first and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about contractors helps keep our network honest, and contractors who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Productcotton Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a contractor or act on a contractor's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@productcotton.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the contractor
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The contractor's name, if you know it
- A brief account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Submit
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then review what happened, which may include contacting the contractor. Afterward, we will reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, respond and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
