What Productcotton Concrete Is
Productcotton Concrete is a referral service. Homeowners in Fate and the Fate area come to us with a new driveway or patio in mind. We point them to independent local concrete providers in our network.
Why It Exists
Concrete is unforgiving. Once it is poured, mistakes are hard to undo. Heat, downpours and storm season all affect the schedule, and most homeowners do not know whom to ask or when.
Productcotton Concrete reads the calendar the way a dispatcher reads a route. We look at the season, then help you reach providers who can answer for your site.
How Matching Works
You describe the project. Size, surface, plain or stamped, and a rough timeline are enough. The request goes to a provider in the network who serves your town.
That provider contacts you, looks at the site and writes the quote. Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request online.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Hold any license or registration that Texas or local rules require
- Put quotes in writing, with scope and materials listed
- Explain base preparation, reinforcement, joints and curing in plain terms
- Be straight about schedule, including weather delays
- Treat your property with care
What We Do Not Do
Productcotton Concrete does not pour concrete, set prices, supervise jobs or inspect finished work. Your agreement is with the provider, not with us.
We also do not give insurance or structural advice. For damage claims, check your policy. For slab movement, ask a provider whether foundation repair experts should look first.
How We Are Paid
Providers in the network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. Productcotton Concrete does not charge homeowners for the connection. The price of the work is set by the provider and shown in your written quote.
Ask Before You Sign
Plan around the weather. Ask when the pour is scheduled and what happens if rain arrives. Get it in writing. Compare more than one quote when you can.
